My halls are decked and we are ready for Christmas!! I thought I'd jump in and give you a little Christmas Home Tour because I know you are all anxiously anticipating seeing my Christmas decorations and, what can I say, I'm a giver!
No corner of my house goes undecorated... even the outside of the staircase.
These are my favorite presents under the tree!
And, my favorite tree decorators!
This is one of my newer decorations. I made this last year and it hangs in my foyer.
I'm all about the details! This ivy, ribbon and angel combination garnishes the space above the entry into the living room. (Don't I sound just like Martha Stewart when I use the words 'garnish' and 'space' in the same sentence?)
I have a large collection of nativities but for some reason this one is my favorite!
Garnishing the space (sorry, I just had to do it again!) above the living room doorway on the opposite side is a shelf with my stained glass nativities and a few smaller nativity scenes.
And, there you have a few of my favorites. I also do my kitchen in gingerbread houses and men and the centerpiece of our living room coffee table is our advent wreath. All my Christmas cards are arranged on top of my woodstove and our stockings are arranged coming down the stairs this year.
So there you have it! The Kudzu family's home at Christmas has a few decorations but the best ones of all are the six little sets of feet pittering and pattering about in anticipation and excitement! You could cut it with a knife these days!
