... she'll run out into the garden and start snapping random pictures of random green beans.
Then she'll decide that she needs to use the 'close up' function and snap pictures of the cucumber flowers.
If you let her use the 'close up' function, she'll decide she needs to work on her artistry and she'll start snapping photos like this.
And, this.
If you continue to allow her to explore her photographic artistry, she'll stand on the side of your brick wall and snap pictures like this.
And, before long, she'll be telling you that she needs her own photography blog like Poppy's and she'll beg you to make her one now. Right now. Right this very minute now! And, you won't get your own blog post done for all the begging and pleading and cajoling. That's what happens when you give an eight year old girl your camera.
You create a photography monster.
(Hannah Banana's photography blog coming soon... if she has any say in the matter, that is.)

Very cute post and great pics too! =)
I like the stop sign picture
Wow! Two budding photographers in the same family. Good shots and unusual angles show real artistic potential.
Keep up the good work girls.
You are fast putting me out of a job.

What great pictures. My 5 year old does the same things-taking unique pictures that is.
I loved the one of the stop sign. At first it looked like it was taken out of the back of an airplane. Very cool.
