OK, is the coast clear? Let's get on with it then. I've been lacking in 'get-up-and-go' these last few days so I've done a little more web surfing than usual. I came across this craft project at one of my favorite sites, Make and Takes, and I think I really MUST do this for my mom for Mother's Day!

I'm making my mom and dad (for father's day- he and my mom split the cooking in their house 50/5-he loves to cook, he is a baker by trade) matching aprons that have my son's handprints on them in fabric paint.
I'll probably use a white canvas apron.
I like it! I am still undecided. Maybe my art Final will yield a surprisingly appealing watercolor and my shopping will be done. Or, I will make stick figures and hang my head in shame. We'll see.
Very nice! I think we are going in together with my brother and his wife for a new gas grill. She loves grill out.
