I'm the one who wrote from Texas yesterday we didn't usually get snow. Well, I think I jinxed us. As of 3 p.m. we have several inches and it's still really coming down.
Lol...I am so sorry, but that is hysterical. This has been the longest winter (yes, I have read, "The Long Winter") and I am so over it. I am not even enjoying that fireplaces or my books. I feel your pain.
Anonymous, I do feel the need to add... since you may be a first time reader and not familiar with my brand of sarcasm, er, humor... I certainly am kidding about my level of snow angst.
While it is no secret to long time readers that I am not a fan of snow or cold (or germs, antibiotics, croupy babies and/or sleep deprivation... all of which I am dealing with tonight), I am so very thankful that the Lord's grace is sufficient to walk me through even those things which are less than my favorite. To put it mildly. :-)
So, I really do strive to practice contentment in all things, be grateful even for the hard stuff and to put away any grumbling. But, I do still have fun poking fun at all of it. Hope that helps you get to know me a little better!

What is that?
I made a snowgirl today and named her Hannah Banana. :)
Does God hear when we grumble about the weather?

No, I'm pretty sure He doesn't. I think that was in my Bible reading this morning. :-D
